Pauline Robinson

Pauline Robinson is the administrator for ALBERT’S MANOR, INC dba ALBERT’S MANOR AND SERVICE, INC. with over twenty-nine (29) years of experience in the health care industry. Pauline has become a renowned leader in the health care industry, she began her humble journey in 1992 working at Goldwater Memorial Hospital, one of New York City’s best specialty acute hospitals and nursing facilities. As a member of the Medical Surgical Team, Pauline provides direct care to acutely ill ambulatory patients with or without disability. Pauline broadens her knowledge and acquired her LPN while continued to give excellent hand-on care to all the patients she comes in contact with.

Pauline’s services was extended to several long term care facilities and nursing agencies in florida. In 2010 Pauline started her own company Caregiving with -a- Heart, Inc Homemaker Companion Services. She then catapulted in 2015 and DBA the business to Caregiving Nursing Service “Nurse Registry” Serving Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St Lucie County all in good standing. Pauline Robinson take time out in 2017 for personal reasons now she’s back to do what she does best serving other.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ketesha is a well-rounded and highly qualified healthcare professional who is driven by the love of serving others and being an advocate for those who are unable to do for themselves. She holds a master‘s degree in healthcare management, a bachelor‘s in supervision and management, and is also a registered nurse. She is driven, passionate, goal-oriented, transparent and her integrity has no boundary. Ketesha is a critical thinker whose expertise ranges from skilled rehabilitation nursing homes where she provided nursing care for patients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and more. In addition, she has over 17 + years of medical and disability case management experience with Aetna insurance and The Hartford insurance company (two of the largest insurance carriers in the US). She investigated and managed disability claims and provided sound decisions on approvals or denials of disability insurance payments. Her daily tasks required team building, mentoring, decision making, review and analyze medical reports, and collaborate with doctors, specialty groups such as behavioral health units, physical/occupational therapists, employers, and employees to facilitate the best and safest health outcomes for the hundreds of clients she served. As a registered nurse, she worked in nursing homes and hospitals as a cardiac telemetry nurse, where she provided excellent nursing care to her patients and their families and continued to be an advocate for their health and wellbeing while promoting a patient-centered experience for all her patients. She gives 110% as a nurse and treats each patient as a family. As a clinical operations manager at ALBERT’S MANOR, INC dba ALBERT’S MANOR AND SERVICE, INC., she will not only strive to use her skills, and background to provide quality care for the residents, but will also use her knowledge and wits to implement solid routines and strategies to enhance the experience of our residents and their families that will make a lasting impact in their lives.
