Pauline Robinson

CNA, MST, LPN

Administrator

Pauline Robinson, CNA, MST, LPN, serves as the Administrator for Albert's Manor, Inc. dba Albert's Manor and Service, Inc. She has more than 30 years of experience in health care, beginning her career in 1992 at Goldwater Memorial Hospital in New York City. Since then, she has built a career grounded in direct patient care, steady leadership, and a genuine commitment to the people and families she serves.

Over the years, Pauline has worked in a range of care settings in New York and Florida, including long-term care and nursing agency work. In 2010, she founded Caregiving with a Heart, Inc., and later expanded that work through a nurse registry serving Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties. After stepping away for personal reasons in 2017, she returned to the work she knows best, supporting others with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

Pauline is known for her honesty, reliability, and calm approach to care. She values trust, teamwork, and strong relationships with the people she serves, and she brings that same standard to every family who depends on her.

Director of Operations & Culinary Care

Kamar Lee serves as Director of Operations & Culinary Care at Albert's Manor, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading our culinary and nutrition program. A licensed chef, she brings professional culinary experience and a strong understanding of nutrition to every meal served in our home.

Kamar is the founder of Lee's Chef Service, a South Florida culinary practice serving weddings, private dinners, catered events, and yacht charters across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Her work spans diverse global traditions, with deep roots in authentic Caribbean cuisine.

At Albert's Manor, she designs resident meal plans that are flavorful, nutrition-conscious, and tailored to each person's health needs, turning every meal into something residents genuinely look forward to.
