The short version

We collect only the information you choose to send us through our contact form. We use it to respond to your message, answer questions, and help schedule a tour. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • The reason you're contacting us
  • Your preferred tour date and time, if you're requesting a tour
  • The message you write to us

How we use it

Your information is used only to reply to your inquiry, answer your questions, and arrange a tour or follow-up call.

How we share it

Messages are reviewed by the Albert's Manor care team. We do not sell or rent the information you send through the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. If you want us to delete a message, contact us and we will review the request.

Maps and external links

The location map on our contact page is a custom illustration. It does not load content from Google Maps or another third party. If you click the "Get directions" link, you will be taken to Google Maps in a new tab, and Google's own privacy policy will apply there.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us by contacting us directly.
